Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Multiyaxis Excel Add-in (the "Add-in") or the multiyaxis.app website (the "Site"). By installing the Add-in or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-in or the Site.

The Add-in, the Site, and all related content — including but not limited to software code, design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of Multiyaxis and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

The Add-in is distributed through the Microsoft AppSource marketplace. Your use of Microsoft Excel and AppSource is subject to Microsoft's Terms of Service . Multiyaxis is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation.

Premium Licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service .

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Premium License for any reason, contact us at support@multiyaxis.app within 30 days of purchase with your order number to request a full refund.

THE ADD-IN AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ADD-IN WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MULTIYAXIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE ADD-IN OR SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR CURRENT LICENSE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Add-in. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10) shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Add-in or Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
