Common Questions

How do I install the MultiYAxis add-in?

Open Microsoft Excel, go to Insert → Get Add-ins, and search for MultiYAxis in the Microsoft AppSource marketplace. Click Add to install. The add-in button will appear in your Home tab ribbon.

Where do I enter my licence key?

Open MultiYAxis from the Excel ribbon, go to Settings → License, paste your key (it starts with MYAX-), and click Activate. Pro covers up to 3 devices; Team covers 5 seats.

How many devices can I use my licence on?

A Pro licence covers 3 device activations. A Team licence covers 5 seats. An Executive licence covers unlimited seats within one company. Contact support@multiyaxis.com if you need additional activations.

How do I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Email support@multiyaxis.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase and we will process a full refund promptly.

Can I use MultiYAxis on the web version of Excel?

Yes. MultiYAxis works in Excel on the web, Excel for Windows, and Excel for Mac.
